This beautiful statue is located at
La Lomita Mission,
in a small park on the Rio Grande River
just south of McAllen, TX.
I took this photo with a digital camera I had just purchased at Walmart.
In spite of the fact that I knew
nothing about the camera,
this place is so amazing that I was able to capture many beautiful images.
In the future, I hope to be able to make more of them available here.
If you are living in The Valley,
find some tome to spend at La Lomita.
If you are not so blessed,
I would heartily recommend a visit to see all of the beauty and history
"El Valle" has to offer!
